All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

We currently ship to the following countries within the European Union (EU):
Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Latvia, Luxembourg, Estonia, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland and Hungary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout stage based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
The final shipping price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• European Union (EU): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s conditions.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being absent, it will be returned to us.
Once we receive it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or discuss further steps.
