WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

If you use the online Withdrawal Form, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Return Information

Please take reasonable care of the goods and return them securely packaged.

Where available, please include the original packaging and any accessories supplied with the item, such as shoe boxes, dust bags, tags and other accessories.

KVintage items may be delivered with a security tag attached. When inspecting or trying on an item, please leave the security tag attached and, in the case of shoes, only try them on indoors.

Please note that these instructions do not affect or restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

Alternatively, you may send us a clear statement of withdrawal by email or post. The use of the online Withdrawal Form is not mandatory.

All original packaging and accessories supplied with the item must also be included in the return. This includes, where applicable, the original shoe box, dust bag, tags, cards, spare parts and any other accessories or extras that were included with the item.

Security Tag

All items are shipped with a KVintage security tag attached.

Please leave the security tag attached while trying on or inspecting the item. Shoes should only be tried on indoors and handled with care.

If an item shows signs of handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition, characteristics and fit, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value in accordance with applicable law.

Please pack all returned items securely to prevent damage during transit. Where possible, we encourage you to reuse the original KVintage packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused because customs duties, import taxes or other applicable charges have not been paid, any costs incurred as a result of the refusal and return shipment may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, eligible refunds are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
