What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Please note that removing the attached security tag will invalidate your right to return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order.
Please be advised that the final shipping price will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
When will I get my order?
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Delivery times:

• European Union: 3–7 working days

Every item offered by KVintage undergoes a careful authenticity review prior to sale. Our evaluation is based on brand-specific characteristics, materials, craftsmanship and overall construction, informed by industry knowledge and detailed review.
We source our pieces exclusively from trusted suppliers and private collections. As vintage and pre-loved items, original receipts or certificates may not always be available.
