Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note that removing the attached label will invalidate your right to return the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the price of the returned items. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs or the costs of the return shipment.

Refunds will be made promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back — whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. No fees will be charged for the refund.
